The university stage is an important period of career decision-making, the steps of the college students take in their career decision-making include:gathering career information, deciding the initial career goals, making a job search plan, analysing and assessing plan and finally determining the job. In the process of a college student’s career decision-making, there are many cognitive, emotional and behavioral factors affecting the process and results of decision-making.This paper is based on previous studies, according to the Asian disease pattern designed salary, promotion and vacation situation, to research college students career decision-making is affected by career decision-making self-efficacy and framing effects. In this study,400questionnaires were distributed and352valid questionnaires received. The conclusions are as follows:1. In the situation of salary and promotion, college students career decision-making is affected by frame information. That means, students tend to be conservative in positive framework and tend to be adventurous in negative framework.2. With different frame information, students that have the same level of career decision-making self-efficacy would make dissimilar decisions in relevant situations:1) In the positive framework, students that have higher career decision-making self-efficacy tend to be conservative in salary and promotion situations and tend to be adventurous in vacation situation.2) In the negative framework, students that have higher career decision-making self-efficacy tend to be adventurous in salary and promotion situations and tend to be conservative in vacation situation.3. career decision-making self-efficacy, framing effect and interaction of them can predict college students’ career decision-making.Overall, This study researched the process of college students’ career decision-making from a new perspective and enriched the results of career decision-making. Advices for college students career decision-making are discussed.
