The Practice Teaching Management Research Of Tourism Management Undergraduate In G College

Tourism management is a strong application and high professional major. Currently, tourism enterprises have increased their employment criteria to graduates, especially in the ability and quality. This case makes the graduate employment situation tougher. To strengthen the management of practical teaching professional personnel training in tourism management is a key link to enhance the trip travel professionals literacy and employability. Firstly, this article analysis the employment of G college’s tourism management undergraduate, on the basis of practice teaching management status to point out the existing problems in professional teaching practice teaching management such as insufficient of practicing teaching knowledge and perfectionless on management of organization, unclear goal and un reasonable curriculum, weak teaching strength and lack of practice teaching talents, imperfect practicing teaching evaluation system and nonstandard teaching system, and single and not effective training mode and hysteretic information feedback, etc. Secondly, according to current management situation, this article will illustrate that G college should establish a four in one practicing teaching management system which contains practice teaching system, monitoring system, evaluation system and feedback system. Finally, basis on analyzing of the problems existing in the practicing teaching system and considering the construction of practicing teaching system to come up a series of improvement measures for instance, to strength the construction of practice teaching system and improve the monitoring system, to standardize the practicing teaching evaluation system, to transform the training mode and innovate practice teaching feedback system.
