With the development of modern economic and technology, what the social need areboth have theoretical knowledge and strong practice ability of talents, To strengthen thecooperation with enterprises, improve the level of student training, was the most importantway to improve the develomp of vocational school education.Recently years,a new type of University-enterprise cooperation pattern——“frontschool behind factory (store)”had be pringing up. This model moved the enterpriseproduction line into the campus.By means of establishing students practice base on campusto realize the combination of production and education.Finally, production of qualifiedproducts shall be owned by the enterprises, Students can directed to the enterprise practiceand employment after graduation, With all these,to achieve three win from students,schools and enterprises. But at the moment, about "front school behind factory"university-enterprise cooperation’s theory of rare, the study of the theory of the systemhas not been formed; Practices in some schools still at groping stage, the cooperationofdepth and breadth had be limited.Based on empirical research, study by theory combining with practice, This researchprovide a comprehensive analysis to "front school behind factory" characteristics ofuniversity-enterprise cooperation mode, running mechanism, security mechanism, aimed atrich "front school behind factory" theory construction, at the same time, the patton provideexperiences for the development of secondary vocational schools university-enterprisecooperation, theory of sublimation of typical cases.The research divided into five parts: the first part is introduction, including researchbackground, research significance, research status at home and abroad, research ideas andmethods. Factors: the second part of "secondary vocational schools","university-enterprisecooperation model" concept to define, is introduced in this study involves "resourcedependence theory","industrial organization theory","combining education withproductive labor theory" university-enterprise cooperation theory. Factors: the third part isthe domestic and foreign typical pattern analysis, the first analysis of the "communitycollege", the German "dual system" mode, Australia TAFE college, Japan "officialproduction" mode of operation, characteristics and successful experience; Secondlyanalyzing domestic university-enterprise cooperation "2+1" mode,"work-integratedlearning" mode,"ordering","double life" the characteristics, advantages and disadvantages. The fourth part is the main part of this paper, with practical research is given priority to, tohave schools in jiangxi province, China "factory" after school before the formation processof university-enterprise cooperation and docking "six" concrete practice, characteristics,safeguard mechanism, the achievements, the lack of systems analysis. The fifth part forHUA YI existence the question put forward relevant countermeasures.
