Entering into the21st century, the enterprises are facing the fierce competitionfrom the international market side with the development of rapid economy, highquality talents appeared a deficient phenomenon, have become one of bottleneck fromsustainable growth and improve the competitiveness of enterprises on our country ofeconomy. The reflection of talent cultivation on the aims of personnel development ofuniversity must be accord with the social economic development, theuniversity-enterprise cooperation, not only can play a role of the universities inreviving the advantages of knowledge, talent and technology. But also to give fullplay in innovation of the scientific and technological on the enterprises market,business, management. It’s an effective form for the innovation country needs.The main route of the paper is a practice of the model innovation, it’s distinguishand analyze different models of the university-enterprise cooperation on the differenttypes of universities and explores systematically into the related theories. On the basisof development courses be shown and analysis of the existing problems, anddiscussion on the restricting factors of university-enterprise cooperation innovation.The paper provided in detail the evolution of the university-enterprise cooperation ofUnited States, Britain and Japan, and then particularly presents the main content ofcooperation mode in China. It has a related research conclusion after a comparativeanalysis both here and abroad and provides effective reference to model innovation.Through the case studies, specific actions and practical problems to enhance theawareness of the international competition on universities, proposed the relevantstrategies recommendations on academic practice of talent cultivation structure, increase capacity, incentives and reform of the education system in universities, andthen adapt to an increasingly competitive international environment, improving thequality of higher education, role of institutions in economic and social impact.
