Higher Education University-enterprise Cooperation Model Research

Since nineties of last century, along with the continuous development of informationtechnology, globalization and the growing competition of national economies, and gradually formeda national independent innovation system with Chinese characteristics, its core content is: topromote joint business organizations, scientific the common force between the technical staff ofknowledge creation, dissemination and use of personnel, and government agencies formed in thesociety as a whole within the recycling of a good mechanism and application of scientific andtechnical knowledge, to achieve national scope or area of scientific and technical knowledgesharing continue to promote China’s economic and social development. Scholars at home andabroad in the past university-enterprise cooperation is either integrated into the university-enterprisecooperation "research" study or university-enterprise cooperation in the whole process ofcooperation shallow research focuses on colleges and universities, businesses and countries, but forhow to choose the matching mode of cooperation often always alluded to, there is no clear results ofuniversity-enterprise cooperation mode selection indicators.This article selected a large number of domestic and foreign research university-enterprisecooperation pattern evaluation index of literature for reference, the university-enterprisecooperation mode choice as an independent object of study, the use of resource-based theory,transaction cost theory, comparative advantage theory and core competence theory, combined withliterature analysis method and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) through classification, sorting, andcomparative analysis, summed up the research involved when choosing university-enterprisecooperation pattern of ten common indicators, in order to strengthen the cooperation betweenschools and enterprises, improve the performance of university-enterprise cooperation has veryimportant significance.
