With the expansion of the Higher Education, it makes many students have theopportunity to receive higher education, it’s very important for improving the nationalquality of the citizens, realizing the leap of higher education development, narrowing thegape of education level to the developed countries. However, the expansion of theHigher Education played a Negative impact in teaching and management of highereducation, such as the lack of infrastructure, Education funds and Teachers and so on.Therefore, under the background of higher education popularization, the various factorsand the problems affecting the teaching quality in universities have been analyzed basedon the conflict between the low university teaching quality and the improving talentdemand level, we should use the modern marketing management, and establish andimprove college teaching quality internal security mechanism to fundamentally improvethe college the quality of teaching, to meet the rising demand of talent quality.Based on the domestic and foreign research results and teaching quality and basedon the relevant theoretical knowledge, the thesis is mainly discussing the followingcontents: Through of teachers and students in a university in Xianyang, field survey, andtry to colleges and universities teaching quality present situation and the factorsinfluencing the teaching quality of colleges and universities were analyzed, and find theinternal security problems, affecting the quality of teaching in colleges and universitiesfor the education quality in colleges and universities. Fusion university educationmanagement theory, from three aspects: students, teachers and management of collegesand universities the quality of education in colleges and universities internal securitysystem, for the Chinese government departments, university administrators, teachers andstudents.The main conclusions are the follows: Firstly, the reasons affecting the quality ofteaching are the passive acceptance, the low efficiency of learning time use and theteaching interactive sessions, seeing from students. Secondly, the low student-teacherratio, serious shortage of effective teachers, teaching and practice not tight enough,especially backward practice equipment and quantity shortage of practice equipment are important reasons in the point of teachers. From teaching management perspective, thereare no establishment of "people-oriented" teaching philosophy, high quality of teachingand management staff and limited funding of education.
