Along with the popularization of advanced education in our country, its outwardmanifestation is the large-scale development of higher education, the inwardmanifestation is the diversified development of the higher education structure system.Meanwhile, in the competitive landscape of the global economy, our countryeconomic system is also transformed, production techniques turn from a singletechnical experience to comprehensive theory and technology. The increasing ofKnowledge-and technology-intensive industry expresses varied characters for theneed of talents.Under the background, applied talents training model emerges andbecomes one of the heatedly discussed question in higher educational research.Besides, China’s Education Ministry issued “Guidelines of the National Program forMedium-and Long-Term Educational Reform and Development(2010-2020)”.Higher education must adapt the development of national and regional economy, builtDynamic adjustment mechanism, optimize higher education structure, disciplines,type, structure, promote the mergence of many discipline branches and enlarge thescale of applied, compound, skilled talents. It fully shows that our country is payingmore attention to the applied undergraduate education and applied talent training.Teaching quality is the lifeline of advanced education, the construction ofApplication-oriented universities internal teaching quality assurance system plays acrucial role in applied talents training.The paper firstly utilizes literature material research method, analyses foreigncountries’ construction of application-oriented universities internal teaching qualityassurance system, draws on its successful experience and provides enlightenmentand help for our country in realistic significance. Secondly, utilizes case studyresearch method, chooses Anhui Province topping the other provinces inapplication-oriented universities as research object, analyzes features and weakness ofinternal teaching quality assurance system. Then based on the characteristics ofapplied talent training, propose and fundamental principles of Application-oriented universities internal teaching quality assurance system. Finally, many concretecountermeasures in six aspects to build the construction of Application-orienteduniversities internal teaching quality assurance system is discussed from objectiveorientation assurance, professional setting assurance, curriculum system assurance,teaching staff assurance, practical teaching assurance, organization system andfeedback mechanism assurance.
