Different places have different natural and social environment. In modern times, Population migration bccome more and more frequently, people have different lifestyle and values face adaption problem living in the destination, cultural adaptation process divided into different stages according to different feature, influencing cultural adaptation factors including personal and social environment. cultural adaptation and cultural identity have important contact. Immigrants integrate into the destination entirely is not the only choice, the successful model is bicultural identity.Fujian and Taiwan close to in spatial distance, they have similar cultural background, This paper put Taiwan students in Fujian colleges and universities as research objects, finding out cultural adaptation and cultural identity features in living environment, social interaction and study environment. To explain the phenomenon from personal factors and social support factors.The result shows that Taiwan students had good adaptation in living environment, climate and diet adaptation better than other, appetite discomfort and homesickness appear in some time. In social interaction, verbal communication is not difficult, they feel difficult in understanding the local people value and way of thinking. In study environment, teaching methods, leisure facilities, management system in Fujian province universities worse than Taiwan universities. Gender and time are very important factors to affect the cultural adaptation, satisfaction degree presents the shape of U in the process. On cultural identity, people who think of themselves as Taiwan than as Chinese people also more than both are. On national identity, the vast majority of students propose maintain the status quo. Finally, the paper put forward measures according to related research.
