To explain the phenomenon from personal factors and social support factors.The result shows that Taiwan students had good adaptation in living environment, climate and diet adaptation better than other, appetite discomfort and homesickness appear in some time. In social interaction, verbal communication is not difficult, they feel difficult in understanding the local people value and way of thinking. In study environment, teaching methods, leisure facilities, management system in Fujian province universities worse than Taiwan universities. Gender and time are very important factors to affect the cultural adaptation, satisfaction degree presents the shape of U in the process. On cultural identity, people who think of themselves as Taiwan than as Chinese people also more than both are. On national identity, the vast majority of students propose maintain the status quo.
