The Design Of The Fujian College Entrance Examination Political Papers Based On The New Curriculum Reform

Along with a new development of Curriculum Reform of Elementary Education, Fujian, which has the right of autonomous proposition of the college entrance examination, facing a big task that how to make the test paper better. Ideological and political class—as a compulsory course—takes the examination of student’s professional knowledge and emotional values as its vital function. So, the different sectors of the society endow a higher expectation of the test paper. It has a big practical significance to study the design of the paper not only can improve the standard of the proposition, mend educational work of middle school but also can achieve the value of this course.The study, with the methods of documentary analysis, induction, comparison research, linking theory with practice and other methods,has a more comprehensive analysis and discussion of college political papers design. From the standard elements and structural elements of test design and through the selection of a typical example of the design of the college entrance examination, the author has reviewed "constant innovation" features in political papers over the years in Fujian province, analyzed some problems which are still existed in the proposition. At the same time, from the selection of appropriate background material, emphasizing the rigor, pursuing beauty of expression and other aspects, the author has put forward personal views about formation subjective and objective questions, and introduced detail exposition about prescribing scoring standard.To clarify the way of improving test design, the author has integrated score design and test design organically. Finally, the study is made to be more complete and deeper by trying to program questions and scoring rules.
