With the deepening of the new round of basic education curriculum reform,education in our country pays more and more attention to the all-round development and healthy growth of students,which puts forward higher requirements for the measurement and evaluation of educational level.As an important part of basic education in our country,the middle school entrance examination is the bridge between compulsory education and high school education.It not only has the function of academic level detection,but also has the nature of selection.It is a comprehensive investigation of school teaching effect,students' learning ability and knowledge level.The examination paper of the middle school entrance examination is the main carrier of the knowledge and ability test of the students.The level of its life system not only directly affects the reflection of the students' examination,but also related to the authority of the middle school entrance examination.Perfecting the design of political test paper for middle school entrance examination is the inevitable requirement to promote the reform of middle school entrance examination system,practice the spirit of new curriculum reform and realize the value of political subject,which is of great significance to improve the quality of basic education in our country.In order to make the research more in-depth and comprehensive,enhance the guiding role of reality.Based on the background of the new curriculum reform,this paper takes historical materialism and dialectical materialism as the guiding ideology,Xi Jinping's thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era as the research guide,and the theory of educational measurement and evaluation as the theoretical basis.By combing the development of Chinese middle school entrance examination and the process of new curriculum reform of basic education after the founding of the people's Republic of China,we have a further understanding of the subject characteristics and curriculum reform of ideological and moral curriculum.At the same time,the author's hometown of Tianshui City,Gansu Province,is selected as the research sample.In the empirical study,combining the curriculum standards and teaching materials,from the perspective of structure and content,this paper makes a comprehensive and detailed analysis of the real questions of the test papers in the past years after the new curriculum reform by using questionnaires and statistical tools.From it,we find out the problems existing in the design of political test papers in themiddle school entrance examination,and excavate the reasons behind them.Finally,combined with the spirit of the new curriculum reform,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to perfect the design of the political test paper of the middle school entrance examination from three aspects: the proposition idea,the proposition technology and the proposition system.
