The Study Of Ecological Structure Of Higher Educational In Henan Province

In the process of development and evolution, higher education constantly undergoes the dynamicdevelopmental process,which from balance to imbalance,and then to new balance,with its externalenvironment and internal system between different elements. The purpose of studying the highereducational structure in Henan Province is to have a clear understanding of the higher educationaldevelopment’s status quo, to ensure that the function of higher education system is played more fully, and tomake a greater contribution to the Central Plains Economic Region’s construction and the development ofeconomic and social in Henan Province.Based on the study of the educational ecology and highereducational structure, using the ecological principles, thoughts,methods and combining with the statisticalanalysis of data of the higher educational development in Henan Province, the thesis points out that thesustainable development is a rational choice in optimizing the structure of the higher education and putsforward the specific optimization measures.First of all, survey China Statistical Yearbook, Statistical Yearbook of Henan and Henan EducationYearbook way to do a detailed analysis of the data structure of higher education in Henan Province, to showthe current status quo of Henan Province Higher Education ecological structure.Next,the thesis introduces the theoretical basis of the higher educational ecology, and sums up relatedecological theory of the higher educational structure’s research: ecological pyramid theory,ecologicaladaptability theory, niche theory and species cluster theory.according to the latest data statistic of the highereducational development in Henan Province, and using ecological pyramid theory,ecological adaptabilitytheory, niche theory and species cluster theory, the thesis reviews the problems and reasons in the highereducational structure in Henan Province, respectively according to the hierarchical structure,class structure,form structure and layout structure of the higher education in Henan Province.Finally, the thesis puts forward the path selection of optimizing the higher educational ecologicalstructure. it embodies in the building of the higher educational hierarchical structure of ecologicalpyramid-shaped;the active adaptation of the higher educational class structure;the ecological diversitydevelopment of higher educational form structure;the implementation of reciprocal symbiosis of the higherschools and social economic and the implementation of collaborative symbiosis of the high schools in theregion.
