Institutions of higher education are significant cultural gathering places in ourcountry. Under the background of the citizen culture development all through thenation, it’s already a kind of work that can’t be neglected, to develop and innovate thecollege culture, and to explore the stimulatives and new representation of collegeculture. Eximious campus culture plays quite an important role in fostering the collegestudents with plasticity. This appeals to our country to establish colleges with highlevel, and to foster innovative and integrated developing college culture. Only whenunder the nurture of this kind of campus culture, growing room can be provided tointegrated developing well-educated talents with ability of self-reliant innovation. As arising form of college culture, psychological dramas have characteristics that theirrepresentations vary, their performing places can be set up flexibly according to thestory, daily lives of students can be vividly presented in them, and they are highlyparticipating and stimulating. These characteristics are conductive to build upbrand-new sense of education and culture in colleges, to meet social requirements, andto attach more importance to teachers and students based on the people orientedconcept. Therefore, in the construction of college culture, the part that psychologicaldramas plays ought to be taken seriously, and psychological dramas should bepopularized in practical application as a new kind of carrier.This research refers to Denison Organizational Culture Model. Firstly, it expoundsthe theory that, as a diagnostic model, Denison organizational culture model can beapplied to the culture of colleges and universities. Then, from the four features ofcollege culture, participation, suitability,consistency and mission, it tells that thepsychological drama can promote the education’s external flexibility and internalstability and the effect that psychological drama can have on the college culture. A tlast, through deep research and thinking, it finds the advices and ways to spread thepsychological drama in the build of college culture, hoping that the psychologicaldrama can be popularized and spread as a new form of college campus culture and bemade full use in the build of college culture.
