The Research On Professonal Career Education In Higher Vovational Colleges:

Higher vocational colleges is an important part of higher education system in China, the number of higher vocational colleges has occupied half of the number of colleges and universities in china. However. at present, teaching practice in Higher Vocational Colleges mostly emphasizes on "working" education, the point of which is to improve the students’ skills, and ignored "humanity" education. Therefore, students are not only lack of humanities accomplishment but also the planning consciousness on their own, specialty and life.It is difficult for the students who only access to professional quality promotion without getting all-round development to achieve the advanced level of technology. What is more, it is more difficult for them to get lifelong ability of sustainable development. This kind of "tool-likeness" education mode also violated the humanistic education and the theory principle that to promote students’ overall development. Professional career education focuses on the individual student’s lifelong sustainable development and helps students know themselves, develop themselves and improve their own occupation development ability and the ability of career planning. What is more, professional career education can break the defects of traditional employment guidance, improve students’ comprehensive quality, and help them reasonably localize their occupation orientation, design their own occupation development more scientifically, and at last achieve success in their life. To carry out professional career education in the higher vocational colleges can not only manifest the philosophy of education of student-oriented and promoting students’ overall development education but also can promote the development of Vocational Colleges and improve the core competitiveness of them.According to research that the author carried out on Yunnan national defense industry Career Technical College and other Higher Vocational Colleges in Yunnan province, the professional career education in Higher Vocational Colleges at present still has many problems. Therefore, this article tries to construct a relatively scientific system of professional career education system in Yunnan national defense industry Career Technical College, referring to the results of previous studies and on the basis of the research. The research not only can expand and enrich professional career education theory about Higher Vocational Colleges, but in practice the research may contribute to the solution of the existing problems of professional career education in Higher Vocational Colleges. What is more, the research can strengthen the effectiveness of professional career education in Higher Vocational Colleges and provide useful reference for the transition of personnel training mode in other Higher Vocational Colleges and help them construct the professional career education system.
