With the leapfrog development of the society, not only the scientific and cultural qualities of excellent talent need more of both with a high ideological and moral quality talent. Italy proverb "moral often fill the defects of wisdom, and wisdom but never fill not moral defects". Stressed the important role of the ideological and moral quality of life development. Ideological and political course is a compulsory subject for high school, in secondary school, we called the ideological and moral lesson, which is also visible ideological and political course in fostering students’ ideological and moral and political literacy status, our high school students their own ideological and political course should pay attention to it. High school students ideological and moral levels of political awareness and literacy needs to be further improved, showing how the ideological and political course become interesting, is the common task faced by our teachers and students.Then, our high school students, the reserve forces of the socialist modernization drive, how to build their own ideological and political quality, how to learn ideological and political course of this research is in the new curriculum sight, the ability of independent study high school students learning ideological and political lessons of culture.This study is divided into three parts:The first part of the preliminary understanding and summary of the independent study, according to the results of theoretical studies of the experts and scholars summed up the autonomous learning to reach students full and free development and proposed a way to learn; the second part, pointed out that high school ideological and political course independent study the main problem is the effectiveness and analyze the main reason; part III, is a core part of this study, to undertake the above, combined with teaching case describes how to enhance students’ self-efficacy sense, to protect the autonomous learning enthusiasm of the students, to foster students’ ability to learn.
