With the new curriculum reform gradually development and the quality educationcomprehensively promote, the combining with the current policy affairs in the high schoolideological and political class is the trend of The Times. Based on senior high school studentsas the research object,by deifning the concept of current affairs education in high schoolideological and political class, analyses the relationship between high school ideological andpolitical class and current affairs education, then summarizes the characteristics of currentaffairs education in high school ideological and political class, then discusses the necessity ofputting high school thought political lesson and current affairs education policy together,andsum up the current situation and problems of current policy affairs in the high schoolideological and political class by the study of questionnaires for senior high school studentsand the statistical data of the interviews about the teachers of high school ideological andpolitical class, then explores the ways of combining high school ideological and political classwith current policy affairs, for example the speciifcations of school education and start a newplatform; improve teachers’ comprehensive quality; improve the ability of teachers’ currenteducation policy; senior high school students have to correct learning attitude and improve theability of studying current affairs education.
