With the deepening of China’s basic education curriculum reform, had a great impact on traditional teaching philosophy. One of the goals of the new curriculum:To change the curriculum implementation too much emphasis on receptive learning, rote, mechanical training of the status quo, advocating students’active participation, willing to explore and diligent hands to cultivate the ability of students to collect and process information, to acquire new knowledge The ability to analyze and problem-solving skills, as well as exchanges and cooperation ability. Thus the game teaching methods came into being, the game is the main content of classroom teaching. However, the lower primary language games teaching in our country is in a stage of development, how effective games teaching, selection of games teaching content, teaching game design and implementation of the curriculum, the primary grades teaching of language games design and implementation exists forward to what the problem and how to solve these problems, and become the focus of the author of concern. I hope to find a game instructional design and implementation of the primary language problem and how effective solution.The research literature, interviews and classroom observation, select the first line of a primary school primary school language teachers for the object, based on the sort of relevant literature, respectively game instructional design and implementation of different seniority language teachers in primary schools On this basis, combined with my own design and implementation of classroom games to analyze the game teaching the design and implementation of the status quo and expect to find the problem.Found of the classroom implementation of the game the design interviews as well as the author of the first teachers of primary school language teaching of the game in the primary language classroom has increased, and has made certain achievements, but because of its theoretical foundation is weak and the objective and subjective reasons, many problems still exist. Performance in teachers’ understanding of the game teaching connotation deviation, the design and implementation of neglect students’ individual needs, and so on. To solve these problems, I proceed from the three aspects of the teachers, schools, education departments, to make solving strategies:that is, raising awareness game teaching of primary school language teachers; further deepen the study of teaching the theory of games; optimize the game instructional design to improve the game implementation quality; strengthen the school’s emphasis on the teaching of lower primary game; strengthen the education sector of the teaching of the game of policy guidance. To take to improve the instructional design and implementation of the lower primary language games, the all-round development of the teachers and the students.
