With the development of the society and the continuous improvement of scienceand technology, the renewal of knowledge has been speeding up the pace. The highspeed development put forward new requirements for talents.exam-oriented educationto cultivate " Gaofendineng " talents has been unable to adapt to social development.It is critical, creative talent can really meet the requirements of the development ofscience and technology. In this case, education reform is necessary. In2003theMinistry of Education promulgated the " physics curriculum standard of high school ",which fully describes the physics curriculum nature, content and tasks, establishingthe goal system of new physics curriculum." Physics course standard of high school"based on" knowledge and skills " objective in the original increase the goal of"process and method"," emotional attitude and values " interpreting the high schoolphysics curriculum objectives from three dimensions systematically. The goal of"process and method " require the students to actively participate in the process ofinquiry process,to experience the process of scientific inquiry and to acquire physicsscientific method when they acquire knowledge and skills." knowledge and skills "goal is the basis of the three curriculum goals. Teachers should pay more attention tothe education of " process and method " on the basis of this, to develop the students’ability of autonomic learning, to stimulate students’ interest in learning physics,tocultivate students’ creative thinking and to develop scientific curiosity and thirst forknowledge and spirit of nature.This paper is a research on how to achieve the high school physics " process andmethod" course goals.The background and significance of the reserch is introduced inthe topic. The first chapter mainly explains the connotation of " process and method "curriculum goal; the second chapter introduces the theoretical basis of " process andmethod " curriculum goal; third chapter mainly elaborates how to achieve " processand method " curriculum goal from classroom teaching; the fourth chapter brieflyintroduces the evaluation of "process and method " objectives. A comprehensivestudy based on the high school physics "process and method "curriculum goal aims tohave a positive impaction on the high school physics classroom teaching and changethe traditional teaching idea of teachers.
