Physics course standard of high school"based on" knowledge and skills " objective in the original increase the goal of"process and method"," emotional attitude and values " interpreting the high schoolphysics curriculum objectives from three dimensions systematically. The goal of"process and method " require the students to actively participate in the process ofinquiry process,to experience the process of scientific inquiry and to acquire physicsscientific method when they acquire knowledge and skills." knowledge and skills "goal is the basis of the three curriculum goals. Teachers should pay more attention tothe education of " process and method " on the basis of this, to develop the students’ability of autonomic learning, to stimulate students’ interest in learning physics,tocultivate students’ creative thinking and to develop scientific curiosity and thirst forknowledge and spirit of nature.This paper is a research on how to achieve the high school physics " process andmethod" course goals.The background and significance of the reserch is introduced inthe topic.
