Cultivation System Research Of Full-time Education Master

Reasonable system arrangement is a significant guarantee to realize the cultivation goal of full-time education master.The study on cultivation system of full-time education master has a theoretical and realistic meaning of ensure the quality of talent cultivation and the reach of target,expecially under the background of postgraduate education structure change in our country.This paper contains four parts.Part Ⅰ historical analysis.With the historical perspective,this paper find the developments of full-time education master cultivation system is the essencial demand of the social economic development, teachers’ professional development, elementary education reality needs and the requirement of postgraduate education reform and development.Part Ⅱ investigation and problem analysis.In the case of cultivation system of full-time education master in Zhejiang Province,analysis the system text, system value orientation and purpose from five aspects:the admissions system, teaching system, binary tutor system, merit and bursary system, academic degree system, pointed out the gap and problems between cultivation system efficiency and targets:the admissions system is difficult to reach the goal of talents selection, teaching system is difficult to cultivate the specializedand or professional person, binary tutor system fails to reflec it’s advantaget, insufficient incentive effect of the merit and bursary system, academic degree system lack of encourage innovation content.Part Ⅲ, the influence factors inductive.Concluding the influence factors of the differences between cultivation system benefit and goals from three parts:the teaching management, reform, valuation and supervision of system subject,the student’s own consciousness and behavior,the government policies, social evaluation and economy transformation in running environment.Part IV,provide the perfect path of system selection. One is system incentives, make the most enthusiasm and initiative motivate of universities,mentor and full-time education master in the process of personnel cultivation. The other is system constraints, make the cultivation of full-time education master standardized and scientific,strict management,supervision and audit in the process of talent cultivation,in order to ensure the quality of personnel cultivation.
