As training for high-level and applied talents in elementary education, the setting of full-time master of education is of great importance to the teacher education. Training high-level primary and secondary school teachers is not only the necessary requirement of adapting to the basic education reform and development, but also an important measure of enhancing the professional standards of the primary and secondary school teachers. Meanwhile, it is an important symbol of teacher education reform. As the core part of talent cultivation, building a scientific and rational curriculum system is important for improving the quality of education, promoting the development and improvement of China Academic Degrees and Graduate Education, adapting the development of basic education curriculum reform in elementary education.As a new thing, Full-time master degree of education will inevitably encounter problems and challenges in the development process. To understand the present situation of the curriculum system of Full-time master degree of education, I chose some full-time master of education graduates to survey. From the aspects of training objectives, course content, course structure, curriculum implementation and curriculum evaluation, I conducted a field survey. Meanwhile, I chose six training programs of different types of universities to analysis. From the investigation, there are some problems with the curriculum system of Full-time master degree of education: curriculum system has no difference with undergraduate’s and master’s, the irrationality of course structure, the single way of curriculum implementation and curriculum evaluation.Regarding the problems and deficiencies of the current curriculum system, I put forward an assumption on building a practice-oriented modular curriculum system basing on the training objectives and the analysis of relevant policy documents. For other problems existing in the curriculum system, I also propose corresponding strategies:draft the actual and workable training objectives, optimize the Course structure, emphasis on case teaching and explore a variety of teaching methods, clear the practical orientation of course evaluation criteria and diversified curriculum evaluation.
