This study anchored in the traditional mode of teaching and constructivist learning theory teaching mode Inherit the traditional teaching model of stability, extensity and controllable advantages. At the same time as a starting to constructivist learning theory, theory of cognitive development. thinking development theory and an emphasis on personal meaning construction which combine sports with education reform requirements and our College Aerobics Teaching characteristics to improve the overall quality of students and form lifelong physical exercise for physical education objectives and put forward the teaching of aerobics which is helpful for the all-round development of students and lead it into the college bodybuilding Exercise Teaching.This paper using the methods of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, expert interviews, experimentation, and comparative analysis method research methods. During the experimental class teaching experiment process, the anchored teaching mode of teaching, traditional teaching mode were applied to control classesteaching. According to the understanding of Ningxia University public Elective students, teaching theory analysis and researching contents of the re-integration, we proposed differences exist anchored instruction mode and traditional teaching mode in teaching effect. Comprehensive derived through experiments process summarize and experimental results of analysis:(1) Anchored instruction mode and traditional mode of teaching in improving students’physical fitness, coordination are similar to aerobics teaching. In a semester, the high school students of physical fitness, body coordination were improved to increase the degree of basically similar.(2) The usage of anchored instruction in Ningxia University Public Elective Course of Aerobics Teaching in improving the students’ interest in learning, active learning and cooperative learning ability and interpersonal skills are higher than the traditional teaching model.(3) Anchored instruction model for students to technology and traditional teaching mode grasp the situation, students are leaning slightly faster than technological mastery. The anchored instruction mode is not very different in the Student aerobics academic aspects.
