In order to promote the better ability of college students to master basketball skills and enhance physical fitness,this paper introduces the anchored teaching mode into the classroom of basketball selection class.By embedding the teaching mode and teaching method of anchored teaching into the traditional teaching mode to prove which kind of teaching model is more suitable for college basketball selection courses.In this paper,the use of literature,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,comparative experimental method.Through the anchored teaching mode embedded in the traditional teaching mode,and with the traditional basketball teaching model produced by the comparative analysis of teaching results.The results showed that there were no significant differences in physical fitness,basketball basic skills and psychological indexes between the two groups in initial test(P>0.05);There was no significant difference in physical fitness between the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment after one semester of experimental teaching(P>0.05);There was a very significant difference in mastering basketball skills,one minute fixed-point shooting and the overall dribbling laying in the experimental group of students before and after the experimental(P<0.01);There was no significant difference in mastering basketball skills of control group(p>0.05),but there was a very significant difference in one minute fixed-point shooting and the overall dribbling laying(P<0.01);There were significant differences in learning interest,interpersonal and cooperative ability between the experimental group and the students before and after the experiment(P<0.01)and there is a significant difference in autonomous learning ability(P<0.05);There were significant differences in learning interest between the students before and after the experiment(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in autonomous learning ability,interpersonal and cooperative ability(P>0.05).According to the experimental results,the following conclusions and suggestions are drawn:two kinds of teaching modes have improved the technical level of the students’ basketball in basketball teaching.The anchored teaching mode is suitable for students who have a certain basketball technology base and can master basketball skills.The anchored teaching model is superior to the traditional teaching mode in mastering the single basketball technique.The anchored teaching mode can help the students to cultivate the psychological quality.The anchored teaching mode can be integrated with the traditional teaching mode...
