Problem consciousness refers to the problematic psychological thinking, students in the learning process realized some difficult problems, and generate a state of confusion, to explore the psychological. This state inspire students’ positive thinking, continuously put forward problems, analyze and solve problems, thus causes the student to the understanding of things, to achieve a qualitative leap.Along with the deepening of quality education, cultivate students’ innovation ability and creative ability become the focus of a new round of curriculum reform. Problem consciousness is the precondition of cultivating innovation ability and creative ability and the key to cultivate students’ problem consciousness has become one of the focus of attention in the theory and practice of education in our country. The cultivation of the students’ problem consciousness is beneficial to exert the principal role of students, to enrich students’ knowledge structure, to cultivate students’ innovative spirit and creative ability.This research through to the consciousteness research on history classroom of Junior school students’ problem and personal teaching practice in eighth junior high school in ningxia yinchuan, understand the current high school history teaching status quo of the cultivation of students’ problem consciousness, analysis summed up the problems existing in the Junior school history teaching Junior school students’ problem consciousness training and the causes of the problem. Aimed at problems and reasons, brings forward some promote.the Junior school history teaching strategy of training students’ problem consciousness mainly includes three aspects:first, to create a good learning conditions so that the students would like to ask, dare; Second, teachers set up students "problem domain", inspire guide students classroom questioning; Third, pay attention to the construction of campus culture, to create external conditions for training students’ problem consciousness. Combination of strategy, this research has carried on the Junior school history teaching in training students’ problem consciousness in the teaching experiment, finally, the summary on the Junior school history teaching of Junior school students’ problem consciousness training. Hope in ningxia yinchuan will promote the Junior school history teaching, stimulate students’ interest in learning, optimizing students study way, improve the quality of history teaching, to cultivate innovative talents lay a good foundation.
