Long-term since, our country higher vocationaleducation mainly for individualized education mechanism, and has faced a seriouschallenge to diversified educational system transformation. To realize thetransformation, to improve the school environment, optimizing the resources, improveteaching efficiency. Our country’s higher vocational education through thirty years ofdevelopment history, which has made some achievements, but also exposed, there area lot of target positioning inaccurate, education level and scale of running for high toblindly pursuing big practical problems such as, the reasons and the system, thetraditional concept, system inertia, the foundation, and so closely related. In the longrun, higher vocational education need to perfect the mechanism of diversification, onthe one hand, to strengthen higher vocational education diversified positioning, payattention to talents training target, teaching ideas and the students’ professional ability,professional setting and the main diversified positioning; On the other hand toimprove higher vocational education diversified educational system implementationpath, strengthen the reasonable pluralism, control mechanism, strengthen the effectivedevelopment diversified education market mechanism, and gradually perfect thediversified education guarantee mechanism.
