On Current Situations Andof The Countermeasures Development Of Student Association In Universities In Xinjiang

With the rapid development of the domestic economy and the further reform of highereducation, various Student Associations spring up because of its attractive organizing forms. Itis now not only becomes an important platform for students to make friends as well as to enrichtheir campus life, but also an effect way for universities to stretch the Second Classroom,improving Quality-oriented Education.Xinjiang lies in the northwest part of China, compared with inland provinces of China,what is to be considered is the situation of the Student Association in universities in Xinjiangand the advantages and disadvantages in the Student Association construction. How to do wellin the Student Association work in terms of the specialty of universities in Xinjiang and tobetter promote the Student Association plays a very important role. For the reason that the goodcondition of the development of the Student Association is of essential significance for thestability of society and economic growth. According to the working experiences in the YouthLeague Committee, the author has raised the above questions. What’s more, the article is apresentation of a long-term research and analysis on the Student Associations in XinjiangAgricultural Universities. Questionnaires, researches and conferences in some universities inXinjiang, etc. have been applied in order to collect plenty of data. After processing the data, thecurrent situation of the Student Association in Xinjiang has been found out. And via integratedcomparison, from a point stretching to a cover, discovering the importance, structure, quality,guidence attached to the Student Association and discovering the problems still existing inethnic Student Association. Suggessions are raised based on top level design, seprativeguidence,reinforced practice, sturdy rules. What’s more, the article is aimed at the promotionin the working organs and mechanisms of the Student Association in Xinjiang and thecontribution in the stability and education across the Student Associations in Xinjiang, makingthe Student Association a new carrier of the student’s ideological and political education.
