So how, under theguidance of new "outline" for change, in line with the direction of development ofhigher education and the general requirements of innovation in content and form,toward the "health","people-oriented" direction, for I tried Asynchronous Methodintroduced to the basketball teaching.The Asynchronous Method as a modern teaching mode is founded by the Hubeiprofessor of psychology at the University of Zurich method, the outstandingachievements of the Ministry of National Education foundation reform first prize. It isconsistent with the spirit and requirements of the new curriculum reform, reflects therequirements of the development of the times and the quality of education, andembodies the spirit of the new outline. The relatively few Asynchronous Teaching in Physical Education,basketball teaching less, therefore, is also in the basketball teaching methods in thenewAsynchronous Method explore.In this paper, the literature data, the research methods of the experimentalmethod, test method, mathematical statistics, survey method, logical analysis,combined with asynchronous teaching theory, research and design of the content andprocedures of basketball Asynchronous Method; while traditional implementation ofpedagogy and asynchronous teaching basketball teaching comparative experimentalstudy. This paper mainly by teaching experimental studies and students feedbacksurveys on the effectiveness of teaching test.The experimental results show that: the experimental group than the controlgroup students’ interest in learning in the teaching process and learning motivationsignificantly improve and improve, enhance student learning initiative; experimentalgroup compared with the control group, students in the basketball skills of various thetest results, the experimental group were significantly better than the control group.Therefore, in the basketball teaching, the use of asynchronous teaching cansignificantly improve the quality of teaching and teaching effectiveness.Asynchronous Method implementation basketball, individualized and asynchronousinstructor-student learning and teaching activities of the organic unity of the processguide the activities of teachers and students learning activities. Fully mobilize thestudents ’interest in learning, students’ learning ability and academic performanceimproved significantly.
