| Due to the continuous deepening of the new curriculum reform,the teaching concept of the basic concept of the new curriculum has shifted from the educator-centered to the learner-centered,and the teaching has shifted from the development of the concerned person to the development of the students.Therefore,it is necessary to change the impartation of the curriculum function to impart knowledge,Mechanical learning,the lack of integrated education status,began to create a new curriculum system with the same concept of education and the concept of quality education,so that students can take the initiative to participate in independent research and open up students’ practical ability.As the Rio Olympics was unveiled,people had a new understanding of the women’s volleyball team spirit.While the spirit was important,it left the scientific teaching method to be unsatisfactory.The traditional one-size-fits-all teaching method ignores students’ differences in their different sports interests,motivations,and physical qualities,resulting in students with strong ability to feel a little “lack of food” in volleyball learning,and for those students who have relatively poor ability to accept.It is "not eating well." This indirectly affects the expected teaching effect of volleyball.Because of this,it is necessary to reform and innovate in teaching methods to meet the requirements of the new curriculum reform and quality education.This article uses literature research methods,expert interviews,questionnaires,mathematical statistics,and experimental teaching methods.Randomly selected 11 classes and 11 classes in No.1 middle school and high school for the study.Before the experiment Experiments were conducted without significant differences in the data of the two classes,and the advantages and disadvantages of the two teaching methods were compared by comparing the teaching effects of the two classes after the experiment to provide some substantive suggestions for the physical education teachers in the teaching process.reference.The asynchronous teaching method is based on the different characteristics of students to provide targeted guidance,develop student’s personality,based on the individual development of students,taking into account the individual differences of students in accordance with their aptitude,change the status of passive acceptance of knowledge in the past,so that students learn to obtain,Learn to have fun,and then develop students’ practical and creativeskills.This study tested the students’ physical fitness,sports motivation,cooperation awareness,and volleyball passing and cushioning skills before and after the experiment.The study found that in addition to the physical quality of the two classes,there was no significant difference,the experimental class students’ volleyball skills,sports motivation and cooperation.Consciousness is clearly better than the control class.The research shows that the asynchronous teaching method has a good effect on improving the students’ cognition level and analyzing problem ability.At the same time,the asynchronous teaching method has unique advantages for the improvement of student passing skills.Finally,based on his own problems in the research process,he put forward some suggestions for improvement.During the research process,he must fully understand the basic situation of the students and make a reasonable grouping.For teachers’ ability literacy,they also put forward certain requirements including organizational management capabilities and self-reflection and self-regulation in teaching.Deal with the students as the main body of the teacher-led bilateral relations and in the teaching process should be interspersed with physical fitness exercises. |
