China’s education system is mainly composed of school physical education, track and field teaching is a course in the school physical education and the establishment of, is a bridge to cultivate talents, it has a very important position in the teaching of physical education. The teaching quality of physical education in middle school is good or bad; development depends on the track and field teaching. A basic understanding of students through the track and field knowledge of basic learning and skills, so that we can advance to let the students have a psychological preparation, know the track and field exercise where the benefits, let students know it not only helps to promote the coordinated development of physical quality, but also improve the system function, regulation of body functions, and also to improve the students physical strength, appropriate exercise can also exercise other physical quality and basic level. Culture is the spirit of hard-working and the value of itself, but also cultivate their firm and indomitable willpower, this is other sports cannot match, a sports and other sports cannot be replaced. The track and field exercise is a sport for the physical quality and the movement ability beneficial, of great help to improve students’ physical development, fundamentally to cultivate the students’ good habit of physical exercise, to promote all-round development of student’s body up. Development of high school track and field teaching, is conducive to the smooth completion of the task of quality education is of great significance.Based on the study of Rural junior middle schools in Xinxiang City, this thesis selects40ones randomly out of them as the research object under three research methods, which are literature material method, self-made questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistics, and has an analysis of the questions appeared in the Implementation process of the "sports and healthy curriculum standard" in rural junior middle school; simultaneously, the thesis Identifies the impact of the factors and the main reason of rural junior high school track and field teaching in Xinxiang City from the status quo of the sports faculty; rural junior middle school in Xinxiang city track and field teaching facilities and funds can not mee t theneeds of students in class; Xinxiang rural primary school physical education and health course of track and field teaching contents focus too much on traditional teaching project issues; analysis and research surv ey of existing Xinxiang rural junior high school physical education and health course oftrack and field teac hing problems, draw the following conclusion in the research process:1.The new sports curriculum standard since the implementation,caused the social from all walks of life with different voices and response. School leaders at all levels in accordancewith the new curriculum arran gement of the teaching plan, and held faculty staff meeting, organized sports teacher training "sports and he althy curriculum standard" of the basic curriculum philosophy and guiding ideology. Most physical educati on teachers agree on new curriculum, but the content understandings is not deep enough, stay on the surfac e, combining the teaching situation of their own schools, but also to do more efforts, strengthens learning.2.Rural junior middle school in Xinxiang city sports facilities deficiency, affecting the quality of teachi ng, students’ physical education does not have the corresponding equipment, some students do not want to go to the gym, according to relevant regulations of the State Ministry of EducationPolicy school completely failed, resulting in low efficiency of physical education class. The school funding shortages, as in sports ve nue equipment is less, the school leaders don’t pay attention to physical teaching, which is caused by the ph ysical education teachers an important reason for the sports teaching rambling, also caused the sports teachi ng teachers "sheep".3.The number of sports teachers need to junior high school classes in3Xinxiang rural reform, still can meet the requirements, but the teacher’s educational background is low, high title less. Professional teacher ratio can barely; men and women sports teacher ratio gap is too large, serious imbalances, which have a cer tain impact on teaching. Rural junior middle school PE teachers in Xinxiang city is more and more young, one side of the favorable to the sports teaching side also have the insufficient4. The traditional teaching method is still used in track and field teaching in rural junior middle school i n XinxiangCity, which is caused by the students are not interested insports, especially athletics teaching. Th e traditional teachingmethods ignore the feelings of students; most students passively accept the guidance o f teachers. The countryside junior middle school track and field teaching is still the main competitive projec ts, these do not excite students’ interest inlearning, can not mobilize students’ learning enthusiasm and vigor, the teaching effect is affected to a certain extent.5In the evaluation:the main evaluation of the impact of school standards, physical fitness and skill eval uation, the exercise test, skill level does not comply with the standardof evaluation. The new curriculum em phasized teaching methodsshould be flexible, not immutable and frozen.
