President Xi Jinping has repeatedly pointed out in many reports that the major contradiction in China's current society has been transformed into the contradiction between the people's growing need for a better life and the unbalanced and inadequate development.Track and field is the mother of sports,because it has a variety of functions and values have been spread up to now,but especially because of the uneven development of track and field teaching and there are many difficulties.This study takes the rural junior middle school in yongzhou city as the research object,aims to find out the difficulties in the teaching of track and field in rural junior middle schools,and to explore the countermeasures that are suitable for the development of track and field teaching in rural junior middle schools,so as to provide some reference and practical reference for the development of track and field teaching in rural junior middle schools.This research uses the literature material law,questionnaire survey method,interview method,mathematical statistics,etc.,of which 15 of the countryside junior middle school physical education teachers and students,found the difficulties existing in current rural junior high school track and field teaching mainly include:(1)the track and field teaching conditions: the countryside junior middle school track and field teachingfield is imperfect;Rural junior high school track and field teaching equipment equipped with low quality;Rural junior high school track and field teaching faculty is insufficient.(2)the dilemma of track and field teaching content: single track and field teaching content in rural junior middle schools;The teaching content of track and field in rural junior middle schools is lack of interest.(3)the dilemma of teaching methods and means of track and field: the traditional teaching methods of track and field in rural junior middle schools;The use of multimedia teaching means is insufficient.(4)the dilemma of track and field teaching process:the teaching innovation of rural junior middle school teachers is insufficient;Rural junior middle school students have little knowledge of track and field teaching and are not active enough to participate in it.(5)the dilemma of track and field teaching evaluation: the content system of track and field teaching evaluation in rural junior middle schools is not comprehensive,and the evaluation content is not optional;Too much attention is paid to the summative evaluation of track and field teaching,and too little to the process evaluation.In view of the existing difficulties,the corresponding suggestions are mainly as follows:(1)the competent department of physical education: to further improve the conditions of track and field teaching in rural junior middle schools;We will increase the introduction of outstanding track and field professionals and strengthen our teaching staff.(2)rural juniormiddle schools: actively carry out thematic activities related to track and field;Strengthen the development of interesting track and field course resources;Strengthen the publicity of track and field culture and create a strong teaching atmosphere of track and field.(3)rural junior middle school teachers: improve the teaching mode of track and field;The teaching content of track and field is designed for fitness,entertainment and practicality.Adopt diversified evaluation methods of track and field teaching.(4)rural junior middle school students: establish the subject consciousness of track and field teaching;Independent acquisition of track and field teaching related knowledge,skills and skills;Actively participate in the study of track and field courses to enhance the awareness of domestic demand.
