In21Century, the policy of all the countries in the world and various program to strengthen education,moral education is put in a particularly important position.18th CPC National Congress also explicitlypointed out that, to improve the quality of citizens’ morality, is the basic task of socialist moral construction,should goven the country by combining the rule of law with the rule of virtue. In the school, morality,intelligence, body, beauty, all-round development of requirements, moral education is in the first place,andin the other education, the education of school, also embodies the moral requirements and content, andstengthen the improvement of moral education, the education work of school to promote.Moral And Politics teaching of junior middle school is the main carrier of ideological and moralconstruction of minors, the teaching process is actually the interactive process of cognitive, emotion, will,between teachers and students, between students and students. The traditional teaching mode, teacherspeaking, students listening, lacks of emotional communication between teachers and students, affects theeffect of teaching. The implementation of quality education, the new curriculum reform and teachingstrategies, bring new opportunities and challenges to Moral And Politics teaching. In the context ofeducation reform, Moral And Politics teaching of junior middle school has been greatly improved, but itstill has some problems. Based on the problems, combined with my teaching practice, then around the"Rosenthal effect" to put forward effective ways to improve Moral And Politics of junior middle school: theimportance of education to the role of teachers; to create a democratic, harmonious atmosphere in theclassroom; stimulate the students’ interest in learning; improvement of encourage and praise the way ormethod; set up the reasonable expectations for students. In order to further strengthen Moral And Politics ofjunior middle school provides reference to the applied of the "Rosenthal effect". Finally, according topractice of the "Rosenthal effect" in Moral And Politics of junior middle school, it offered three questions,avoiding the confusion of psychological healthy education and moral, avoiding the "Rosenthal effect" inteaching application of rigid, and mastering the "degree" of the application of "Rosenthal effect".Application of the "Rosenthal effect" in Moral And Politics of junior middle school, deepens thetheoretical research of the "Rosenthal effect", relates theory system of the "Rosenthal effect" used in MoralAnd Politics of junior middle school.
