| Ideological and moral lesson,which is set up in junior middle school in our country,is a course of moral education for junior middle school students.It plays an important role in mor al development and personality formation of junior middle school students.How to improve t he enthusiasm of the students in attending the ideological and moral lesson is an important iss ue that we should pay attention to in the teaching of Ideological and moral lesson."Rosenthal effect" advocates teachers to give each student good expectation,and explore each student’s unlimited potential in future,which,in essence,meets the psychological needs of junior middle school students.As one of the important theories in the field of psychology,it is of universal significance to the various subjects in the realm of pedagogy.It can provide eff ective methods and guidance for improving the teaching effect of Ideological and moral lesso ns.In the pedagogy of Ideological and moral lessons,it is the inevitable trend of the future de velopment of education to apply the "Rosenthal effect" to agree with the law of psychological development of junior middle school students and conform to the spirit of the new curriculum reform.This article uses the literature research method and the interview method,has carried on the analysis from the theory and the practice two aspects to the related literature,and refers to the excellent first line teacher’s teaching case and the teacher and student interview.This paper is divided into five parts.First,in the introduction part,the author puts forward the question and the research significance,the domestic and foreign research present situation and the research mentality and the method.Secondly,the application of the "Rosenthal Effect" in the ideological and moral lesson is summarized,on the "Rosenthal Effect" and the ideological and moral teaching,the connotation of the "Rosenthal Effect" in the ideological and moral education in the application of the basic theory and characteristics were explained in detail.In this part,the author points out that the "Rosenthal Effect" in the teaching of Ideological and moral course includes the characteristics of expectation,emotion and comprehensiveness.Again,on the basis of previous studies proposed the "Rosenthal Effect" course of implementation.The author thinks that the application of "Rosenthal Effect" in Ideological and moral teaching should follow the principle of subjectivity,the principle of encouragement,the principle of moderation and the principle of difference.At the same time,combined with the author’s practical experience,the author puts forward five aspects of the specific application.Finally,according to the interview results,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the application of "Rosenthal Effect" in Ideological and moral teaching,and puts forward some countermeasures to solve the problem. |
