High school thought political lesson as the main way of high school students acc ept the education of moral education,to cultivate high school students the good thoug ht personal character,shape healthy personality,and set up the correct outlook on life,values and world view plays an important role.In the real teaching,however,because of the ideological and political education content is highly theoretical and ideological content,some lack of experience of high school ideological and political teachers onl y pay attention to knowledge,ignored the students’ individual differences,cause the cl assroom atmosphere becomes depressing,students’ learning initiative and enthusiasm to reduce."Rosenthal effect" advocated by the expectations of the education is based on "with the students for this" on the basis of education,teachers only to expect educa tion to students in the class as well as the Rosenthal experiment "has the development potential of talented students,to students are full of confidence.Education is to serve t he students,the real purpose of education is to create a kind of can fully release the st udents creativity within the media,promote students’ self-development and self-impro vement,to make the students to get rid of the inferiority of inner and outer pressure co ntrol,realize the students’ knowledge,ability,emotion attitude and values of all-round development.This article is based on "Rosenthal effect" in high school ideological and politica l course,the status quo of the application for the "Rosenthal effect" in the high school thought political lesson teaching in the process of the application of insufficient and d efect,put forward the "Rosenthal effect" in the thought political lesson inside and outs ide the effective application of specific measures,reasonable use of teachers’ expectati on for a line of ideological and political teachers provide a feasible reference.Full text,including the introduction,a total of four parts: the introduction,mainly around the topic of the research background and research significance,research status at home and abroad,the research content and method of several content and so on,through the discussion of this part,"Rosenthal effect" for later studies the specific situati on of the application in the high school ideological and political class,which has laid a good foundation The first chapter,mainly introduces the origin and formation of "R osenthal effect",as well as the application in the high school ideological and political class "Rosenthal effect" theory support,"Rosenthal effect" carries on the profound an alysis;In the second chapter,from the actual situation of the current high school ideol ogical and political class,through the form of the questionnaire,the existing teaching results and the existing problems are understood.The third chapter,in view of the "Ro senthal effect" in high school ideological and political problems existing in the applic ation of the reality of the classroom,puts forward some specific and effective measure s to optimize "Rosenthal effect" in the application of the high school ideological and p olitical class.
