There is no denying fact that employment of college students has become increasingly difficult especially those college students of lower-income families need more help since they possess less social resources in the context of employment difficulty current situation. Meanwhile, poverty-aiding has been transformed from simple economic aid to the combination of economics aid and helping them how to get rid of poverty. More attention has been given to cultivate the self-assistance ability. Thus, it has become increasingly important to help develop the employability and entrepreneurship of students from lower-income family.Taking Wenzhou Vocational College of Science and Technology as an example, this study adopts questionnaire survey, expert interview, individual in-depth interview, action research and social group work as research methods to investigate employability and entrepreneurship of students from lower-income family. Also, solutions and strategies have been put forward on the basis of empirical research from the social work perspective to help develop the employability and entrepreneurship of students from lower-income family. Research findings would be showed as follows.Firstly, college students of lower-income families need guidance and help on employability and entrepreneurship. It is evident that the majority of those students considered that it is necessary to launch entrepreneurship and employability training for college students. Also, a large number of target students claim that they need more practice platforms. Moreover, a great amount of target students believe that it is necessary to set up an "Include-All" centre for entrepreneurship and employability. Basing on their needs above, providing guidance and help of entrepreneurship and employability for college students of lower-income families is imperative.Secondly, college students of lower-income families could take advantage of their strengths in entrepreneurship and employability. Through social group work----"Salon-What are our strengths", it is obvious that targets students have more strengths in entrepreneurship and employability because they possess higher qualities of hard-wording and persistence comparing with other students. Also, more poverty-aiding and relevant policy has been provided for target students to support them in employment. Finally, entrepreneurship and employability of college students of lower-income families have been enhanced to a large extent. A series of effective activities have made great contributions to promote their entrepreneurship and employability, such as "Star of Self-Improvement" and "Help People to Help Themselves". It is worth mentioning that learning platform and practice platform of entrepreneurship and employability have combined university teacher resources, hardware resources, technology resources and enterprise resources, designed to improve target students’ comprehensive qualities and competences.Limitation of this research has been referred above, that is to say, research scope is only restricted in Wenzhou Vocational College of Science and Technology. Also, further research needs to be done in relevant field since it takes only one year to finish this empirical research.According to practical experience of Wenzhou Vocational College of Science and Technology, this study has put forward five effective suggestion and strategies as follows: finding college students from lower-income families possess more strengths in entrepreneurship and employability from strengths perspective; promoting entrepreneurship and employability of target students from "Help People to Help Themselves" perspective; exploring strategies to enhance entrepreneurship and employability of target students from empowerment perspective; combing social resources and providing professional solutions from social system perspective.
