With the rapid development of economy and the pursuit of quality of life,rural migrant workers are starting to return home to make a living.Migrant workers backflow from the city to the countryside,for social governance "hollow village","three people" problem solving and the development of the rural local has a pivotal role,for the country the implementation of the strategy of rejuvenating injected with a steady stream of human capital.The majority of young migrant workers now return to their hometowns and do not cultivate land as their parents did.They mainly work as a means of livelihood.However,at present,the development of rural economy is still slow,and the job market in the social division of labor is improving the employment ability of job seekers.Although the vast majority of migrant workers with rich experience of migrant workers,but as a result of their existing employment ability is low,after returning home is still faced with the lack of employment information source,social relation network small not well informed,vocational,technical ability is weak,etc,can’t well adapt to the local employment market demand,left them in the "leave township-out" linger in the choice.How to improve their employability to achieve the continuity and stability of employment is an important test for them to take root in their hometown.The professional values of "people-oriented" and the professional service concept of "helping others to help themselves" provide a path choice for improving the employment ability of migrant workers.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the social work involved in returning migrant workers’ employment ability to promote rural modernization and realize the strategy of rural rejuvenation.In this paper,the Fugate employability framework is used to view the employment ability as a kind of psychological-social construction,which is divided into individual adaptive ability,employment information acquisition ability,professional identity and professional skills.Article adopts the method of field research,through a deep understanding of the real life of returning migrant workers in young adults,give a little participatory observation,no structured interview and questionnaire ability present situation of employment,in the form of data collection,through sorting and analysis found that the community employment ability under individual adaptability,employment information acquisition ability weak,career is not high,lack of professional skills,esteemed and from two aspects of social objective and subjective reasons analyzed.In the social objective aspect,it is mainly because of the lack of support from the government and enterprises.In their own subjective aspect,main and returning to their own psychological adjustment ability insufficiency,the social support network is small,career planning consciousness and lack of professional learning path and method.Aimed at these problems that exist in the returning home migrant workers employment ability as well as the causes of these problems,this study in perspective theory and social support theory,under the guidance of the "team work,case work is complementary" intervention method,help migrant ease employment pressure and guide its the way to learn interpersonal and communication skills,help them to develop career planning,enhance technological learning motivation,so as to achieve the community employment ability promotion effect.Through the intervention of social work,it has played an active role in determining the employment direction of migrant workers,obtaining employment information,carrying out technical study and establishing the employment emotional support system.
