The Research For Social Work Intervention In Resources Integration And Utilization Of Urban Community

With the continuous development of China’s modernization process and economy, urbanization tends to accelerate. The importance of city community construction in the process of economic and social development seems larger than before. At the same time, much demand for community services and ever-increasing high requirements are also in wanted among the residents in social community.The integration of city community resources plays an important role in accelerating the city community construction and improves the level of community service function. Therefore, it is one of the urgent tasks standing in front of workers in community construction for social community service. At the same time, in recent years, along with the development of China’s professionalism in social work area, social workers branching into the community brought new dynamic power into the community construction and community service.Due to social workers’professional ways in working for the community, they have made an enormous contribution to social community. But they have also confronted some problems in integrating community resources. This article is not only a practice of integrating research on community social workers involved in community resources, but also a more profound reflection on the integration and utilization of social work in community resources.This paper belongs to the qualitative research and also an exploratory research, treating the C community of Guangzhou City family as the research object by getting involved in the community resources integration and the use of public ATM. According to the participation in the project and observation of the communities involved workers and community residents, deep interviews are made to obtain first-hand information, which let author conduct research and assess the effectiveness of the project to reflect on the strengths and weaknesses in social work intervention. Mainly research contents are as follows:First of all, the author elaborates the specific process of project integration and use of community resources from the project propaganda and the establishment of the platform, links to community resources, reasonable allocation of resources, and project management and supervision of the four aspects. At the same time, the author analyzes the effect of the project in the process of conducting integration of community resources, community residents’ level and community level. In the second is the conclusion and discussion of research. The author summarizes the following four aspects:social work is beneficial to community integration and utilization of resources; rich resources of the community provides the guarantee for the project; integration of community resources needs a variety of ways; resources integration and utilization of social work intervention in community has its unique advantages. In the discussion, the author thinks that there is a need for improvement in the following four aspects:social workers need to improve professional quality; improve the level of volunteer service, perfect projeet services team;improve the residents’ awareness of resource integration, expand the scope of the project involved; prompt the mechanism of community resources integration.The last is a reflection on the research, Which reflect research deficiencies, Including the need to increase practice time and join the quantitative research in order to make research results more scientific.
