A Study On The Resources Integration Of Community Social Work In Intervening Of Rural Community Mutual Aid

Mutual support is not only a new way of pension,also a way of resource integration.On the one hand it can reduce the pressure on children,the government and the community pension,on the other hand it can be more efficient use of social idle resources.Through combing the existing research on rural mutual support and pension ·resources,the current scholars mainly pay attention to the characteristics of rural mutual support,the advantages,existing problems,countermeasures and so on.In terms of the old-age resources,the researches also mainly concern about its supply and demand situation and configuration,There is no comprehensive and in-depth study of the integration of resources in rural community mutual support pension,nor how to integrate the community's social work into the use of the resources of rural community mutual support.And it also lacks practical and theoretical basis.Scholars have carried out in-depth study on rural mutual support and old-age resources,although the research on resource integration is not much,but on the whole,their researches made a good bedding for latecomers to study the integration of rural community mutual support and pension resources.The problem to be solved in this article is:What are the relevant resources for rural mutual support?Is the community social work involved in the effective integration and efficient use of mutual aid and old-age resources?How to integrate it?Based on the current research on the integration of social work into the integration of old-age resources and the focus of this paper,this paper takes the community care theory and regional development model as well as the social planning model as the theoretical basis.According to the needs of the study and draws lessons from the scholars,the rural community mutual pension resources are divided into four types:institutional resources,social resources,economic resources,management human resources and the elderly own resources.Among them,four categories include different sub-categories,such as economic resources,including housing,capital,goods and other material resources;management and human resources,including professional services and management resources,the elderly's own resources.This paper will analyze the status quo of rural community mutual aid and pension resources from the perspective of the above four types of resources,and put forward the path of intervention.Based on the relevant research,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the old age and resources of the elderly in the village of Z through practice and research,and interviews with relevant personnel to understand the integration of the village.The community social work can be through the adoption of social action or mobilization,coordination of multi-force participation,expand capital access channels,standardize the management system,increase the relevant professionals in various fields to promote rural community mutual aid pension integration.Finally,we have come to the conclusion that the practical theory of community social work can provide useful guidance and reference for the integration and utilization of rural community mutual aid and old-age resources;The multiple role of community social workers can promote resources needed in rural community to be effectively mobilized and integrated;community social work intervention can make up the dilemma of integration insufficiency of rural community mutual aid resources.
