Research On Community Work Experience Based On Local Resources

With the deepening of reform and the acceleration of social transformation,various social contradictions have become prominent.As an important platform for grassroots governance,community has become the focus of social issues in the new era.In community work,the mining and utilization of various resources inside and outside the community by social workers is conducive to meeting the diversified service needs of community residents,which is also an important task faced by community social workers at present.From "community building" to "community governance",how social work should use local community resources to carry out community service and participate in community governance remains to be studied.At present,most of the domestic researches on the integration of community resources remain at the macro level.From the micro level,this paper adopts the methods of interview,participatory observation and case study to analyze the experience of social workers in activating local community resources to carry out community service,taking the "community building" project of big world residence in community P,pingshan district,shenzhen city as the research object.Firstly,this study collects and grasps the necessary research data through the method of participatory observation and interview.Then,from the perspective of social work,the local community resources are used to carry out community service.The study found that social workers had some difficulties in using local community resources to carry out services,such as imperfect community management mechanism,insufficient ability of social workers to integrate local community resources,low participation rate of local residents and lack of financial support.Secondly,it discusses the practical effects of professional social workers' community service by activating local community resources.Secondly,it inherits the traditional community culture.Third,strengthen the construction of community governance system;Fourth,it creates a good community atmosphere.Finally,the service effectiveness and service dilemma in the specific practice process are further discussed and analyzed,on this basis,the author tries to put forward some development Suggestions: first,increase policy support;Second,increase the government's financial support;The third is to improve social workers' ability construction;Fourth,improve residents' sense of self-participation.Therefore,through the empirical study of the "community building" project of the big world house,this paper preliminarily discusses and summarizes the social workers' integration of local community resources to develop community services.It provides reference significance for social workers to activate local community resources to carry out community service and participate in the development of community governance.
