It found that vocational skills competition policies are consistent from top to bottom in the purpose, content and reward ratio, but its difference between the time and the prizes of the competition. Deficiencies of system itself, vocational skills competition policy implementing inadequate, incorrect position and utilitarian tendency of some education administrators, leaders, and teachers are the reasons that point to the negative impacts on vocational education skill competition. In order to improve the vocational skills competition and promote sustainable development of the ecology of secondary vocational education, it is available of establishing ecological concept on sustainable development of vocational skills competition, creating ecological environment for vocational skills competition, optimizing the ecological structure of secondary vocational education.
