Teachers’incentive feedback language refers to the teachers’verbal response, which can further inspire children’s learning motivation, according to children’s words and actions. This study adopts qualitative research method, revolves the core issues-teachers’ incentive feedback language, analyzes and discusses teachers’incentive feedback language from using strategy, basic point and language form, etcResearchers, using purposive sampling, collect15excellent cases of kindergartens music collective teaching activities, transcribe each activity through continuous recording method, and get65,644word corpuses totally. According to the characteristic of the feedback language, combining the children’s emotional reactions and teaching effect, they filter out288fragments of teacher incentive feedback speeches.Researchers tease out35types of motivational feedback language specific strategy,13kinds of language form based on read through the corpus and combining scenario analysis and generic analysis. At the same time, researchers divide specific point into encourage, guidelines, and praise, challenge and acceptance five aspects through the definite objective of teachers’ incentive feedback language.Quantitative analysis shows:Firstly, in terms of teachers’ motivational feedback language use strategies, the types of strategies teacher using are abundant is very uneven, but in the overall distribution it is very uneven:the10high-frequency strategies occupying60%of the total strategy types, shows that these types are the main types the teachers used to, which directly affects the teaching effectiveness and teaching styles. The10types of intermediate-frequency strategies occupy25%of the total strategy types. The other15types of strategy, classified into Low frequency, only account for about13%of the total strategy types. Further analysis shows most of the high-frequency types are conventional wisdom that motivational feedback language use. Some of the intermediate frequency types and low-frequency types indicate the outstanding teachers’ pursuit to the new educational philosophy. Secondly, according to the basic point of teachers’incentive feedback language, the total number of feedback language, including high praise type and acceptance type, is163, accounting for56.6%of the whole. The overall of encourage, guidelines, and challenge is less and the proportion is low. It remains to be further improved in the security, easing psychological environment provided for young children, inspiring children to challenge themselves with abundant methods and guiding the children in-depth development in a progressive manner. Thirdly, teachers’ personal style, there is no significant difference between coach teachers in the use of specific strategies, but significantly different in form and point, showing different intentions, with a distinctive personal style.Researchers make a brief description through typical case analysis, detailed render the use of teachers motivating feedback language strategy and various types of point, and strive to specifically vividly display lots of specific strategy how to achieve teachers’ target point.Finally, researchers discuss and analyze from use strategies, pointing and teachers’ personal style three types of teachers’ incentive feedback language, and make appropriate recommendations combining the issues that still exist in teacher Incentive feedback language.
