Study On Quality Management Of Exchange Student’s Education Beyond Our Country’s Borders

With the development of times and science, the world has came to the times of economic globalization. The economic globalization give rise to the more and more unity of every country and regions. Nowadays, universities attach more and more importance to communication and cooperation with the others. The exchange students is a important way of communication and cooperation with the others.Generally speaking, the students who is based on the agreement between sent school and received school, then according to the selection procedure to the relative school, during this period the exchange of learning, they are called exchange student. Exchange student in this paper particularly means the exchange student who learned beyond our country’s borders, including:China’s Hong Kong、Macao and Taiwan regions and foreign countries. The exchange students program in our country sets up lately. After reform and open, many universities recognize the importance of exchange students program and develop the exchange students program vigorously, so learning advanced education experience abroad. Since the exchange students separate themselves from their own school and they will learn in a mew school. How should university in mainland china guarantee the education quality in mainland china? It is a problem worth close attention. In this paper, the author tries to find some solutions to it.Using methods such investigate research, statistic research, literature research, interview research, this paper starts to research the education quality management on our country and abroad. Take the software institute of X university for example. Represent the quality management about the preparation、the implementation of exchange program and the testing phase after the completion of the exchange program. After agree with the gains and effect of the total exchange program, We must consider about the lack of quality management on this exchange program and make a improvement about quality management of this exchange program. This dissertation want to explain the various of issues based on summarizing exchange program of software institute X university’ software institute, including:1. schools and students are not fully prepared at the initial stage of exchange program, these problems will lead to a series of questions.2. the lack of the exchange students’ educational evaluate quota system so lead to ineffective monitoring on the exchange students.3.The lack of motivation to improve the quality of education about exchange students, Thus we can’t make the exchange program more and more perfect.Then we will afford the solutions to improve the quality management of exchange students’ education based on the quality management theory, including:1.According to the various quality managements prior to the implementation of exchange students’program. Our school can evaluate and select the exchange school, schools and students will get full preparation to reduce the various obstacles of exchange student program in local schools.2. Establish a exchange students’ educational evaluate quota system and university exchange student education quality monitoring mechanism, so that we can control the quality of the implementation of the exchange program.3. The effective implementation of quality inspection and quality improvement on the exchange students’education. When the exchange students came back to school, their schools will do an assessment on their results. Then find out the gap between the final results achieved on the exchange program and the expected results of the one. And try to find countermeasures to narrow the gap, then apply for the next exchange program so that the quality of exchange students’ education will constantly improve.
