With the advancement of quality education and the new round of basic education curriculum reform development, emphasize to school a certain class autonomy. At present the Fuzhou city many schools have started to attach importance to the cultivation of thinking ability is the history, and has obtained the remarkable result. But as a result of a variety of reasons make the work progress meet some problems, school-based curriculum development the effect not beautiful.In this paper based on the theory of the thorough practice survey, mainly USES the questionnaire survey method, and at the same time, the integrated use of observation method, interview method, literature study method and other methods of Fuzhou city high school history thinking ability training situation investigation, the problems found in analysis and find countermeasures.The research found that Fuzhou city high school history the cultivation of thinking ability made significant achievements and results. But still faces some problems, mainly for the relevant state policies and the test system can not history thinking ability training of culture to provide the corresponding management and safeguard measures, high school teachers for students historical thinking ability training consciousness and cultivating ability insufficiency, school teachers and students to historical thinking ability evaluation and management system is not perfect enough, different schools to student’s historical thinking ability requirements for different, students in the cultivation of the historical thinking ability in the process of subject consciousness is not strong school leadership and parents and other social forces not far.Aiming at these problems, the sufficient reason analysis, the author puts forward the countermeasures and Suggestions:country needs according to the new course standard, the students history the cultivation of thinking ability for the relevant specific operational management measures; As the main body of the school, should according to the school itself comprehensive quality level, strict with students, and make feasible evaluation and management way. As a historical thinking ability training leaders, teachers should improve their professional quality, in the classroom, earnestly implement training historical thinking ability consciousness, improve the ability to guide; As the main body, students will continue to expand knowledge, active and conscious cultivation history thinking ability; As a social force parents should support the school and teacher to the student historical thinking ability training requirements.And with this education idea, in the middle school to make teaching demonstration, due in class stimulates students’ active search history knowledge, divergent historical thinking, find out problems, active discussion, the teacher timely guidance, to achieve a better teaching effect.
