Fairness Research Of Henan Province University Entrance Examination After The Recovery Of Higher Education

Education fairness is topic that people focus all the time, especially the fairness of higher education, because the higher education can not only change a person’s quality, but also change a person’s fate. In recent years, higher education matriculation opportunities unfair problem has increasingly become the focus of people, because our country is a developing country, the per capita proportion of higher education resources is little, especially the key universities are less. S-o people want to fight for the entrance opportunity and enter the ideal university. Since the reform and opening, our country’s colleges and universities increases year by year, higher education en-trance opportunity of students has increased a lot, but in some provinces, their higher education matriculation opportunities are very few, to go to key university is harder. Henan province has a large populations, but key universities is less.Henan province have only a "211" colleges and un-iversities of Zhengzhou university at present. According to China’s designated places, basically all is his own province enroll students accounted for more than80%of the proportion of the provi-nce, many students and parents feel in Henan province that higher education matriculation oppo-rtunities is very unfair. According to the status of the higher education matriculation opportunit-ies now, this article conducts the research, since the university entrance exam system restored, longitudinal comparative analysis of changes in the development of Henan province higher edu-cation matriculation opportunity, and horizontal comparative analysis of Henan province and ot-her provinces and regions of the higher education admission.I puts forward problems existing in the higher education matriculation opportunities, analysis and solution to the problem, in order to provide reference for government decision-making.
