Along with the education sector for good continuous inhalation of humanistic thought, people-orientededucation thought is booming up, academic performance evaluation as the winds of "thriving" graduallyfavored by more and more researchers.The writings on the subject, through to the student’s academicperformance evaluation index system to strengthen the students,construction of a learning motivation, andthe inspection learning situation, so as to improve teachers’ teaching quality, which can produce more forthe society more comprehensive theoretical basis for high quality talents.Using literature method, survey method, mathematical method and logic method, special class ofsports training professional track and field performance evaluation present situation and the evaluationindex system to build two big issues in-depth study, and the main conclusions are following. First, as sportstraining scientific research ability of track and field specialty classes students the phenomenon of academicperformance evaluation content is less, at the same time, evaluation content is not completing, and lackingof continuity. Second, when the academic performance is evaluated, the phenomenon of students as themain part is in small, single assessment main body slightly. Third, the scores which are in academicachievement evaluation result feedback is still dominant, not more comprehensive evaluation resultsfeedback reflects the student’s academic performance. Fourth, the research of sports training professionaltrack and field specialty classes students academic performance evaluation index system for building,which is including the5indicators,13second class indexes and45third class indexes, and gives thecorresponding to the various index weights. At the same time, some relevant evaluation standards havebeen formulated, and have got the academic performance evaluation feedback results through thecorresponding scores.So some suggestions are following in this paper. Firstly, teaching ideas should be more focused, andplayed more attention to student’s main body status. In the limited teaching time, making the potentialgetting the biggest improvement and development of students, and making teachers teaching students “willstudy”. Secondly, the evaluation index system should be more perfect. On the one hand, the evaluationcontent should be more highlights the integrity and consistency. On the other hand, the evaluation mainbody should tend to be more diversified. Finally, it should be using of a variety of evaluation result feedback forms properly, and make them together. The common use of their advantages.
