Higher vocational technical education,dedicating to cultivating highly skilled workers in anall-round way for social and economic development,is an essential part of higher education in China.Inrecent years,as society advances,China is under the circumstances of prominent supply-demandcontradictions of highly skilled workers.Consequently,higher vocational technical education emerged as thetimes require and has grown vigorously.Since highly skilled workers keep rolling in to all kinds ofindustries,he structure of labor force resources is vastly improved and the economic and social developmentis boomed in China.As a major player in the economic construction of Central China,He’nan Provinceshoulders an important historical mission in China’s development.At the same time,higher vocationaltechnical colleges should assume the great historical responsibility of cultivating outstanding highly skilledworkers for the development of the Central plains economic band.However,in China higher vocationaltechnical education was started much later than college education and there are a gap between them inteaching ideas, teaching force,teaching quality,etc.Teaching force is especially important in the survival anddevelopment of higher vocational technical colleges,because it is the key to cultivating high-qualitytalents.How to build high-quality teaching force in higher vocational technical colleges in He’nanprovince?The answer is supposed to develop a highly efficient human resources management systemspecially for the teaching force.By means of literature review,integrating theory with practice and empiricalanalysis,this study analyzed the structures of age,educational level,academic title and specialization inhuman resources of the teaching and management systems in XCVY colleges.After seeking out thepotential problems in human resources management in XCVY colleges, some routing strategies aresuggested:establishing a scientific concept of human resources management,optimizing for humanresources structure,improving human resources training and development.Finally.
