This research attempts to figure out the compositions of competency model of junior middle school teacher in charge.Trying to use competency group to broaden the application of competency model.The experimental design follows the classic competency research methods to summarize the competency model of junior middle school teacher in charge, on this basis, trying to add new content. First, starting from BEI, increasing exploratory interview subjects; mirroring the introduction of the concept of "group" in mathematics,the establishment of a junior high school teacher competency model set for the mother group, according to the analysis of four typical situations, each situation has three main competency subgroups.The parent group contains communication skills, self-management skills, sense of responsibility, teaching skills, caring and the ability to coordinate administrative affairs, basic knowledge, the seven main characteristics. Four typical work situations including handling school affairs, handling the relationship of parents,dealing with student, deal with teaching problems.Handling school affairs mainly includes the ability to coordinate administrative affairs, communication skills, sense of responsibility.Handling the relationship of parents includes communication skills, sense of responsibility, self-management skills.Dealing with student includes a sense of responsibility, caring, communication skills.Deal with the problem of teaching includes basic knowledge, teaching skills, self-management skills.Competency model can be applied to real life from three channels. First, the use of a questionnaire to measure junior middle school teacher competency group. Second, the research results are designed to be the optimal solution for special competency group courses, professor of teacher in special situations. Ultimately the core of this study, combined with group counseling, group activities designed the research group of junior middle school teacher’s competency, training to improve it.
