Informational education in the field of education has been developed to the key of the stage of the second decade. In the previous stage of development the school’s information technology environment is gradually improved, information technology and curriculum are integrated extensively,which have far-reaching impact of the new curriculum reform of basic education.Teaching and learning method must be changed accordingly in order to adapt to rapid development of the era.Task-driven teaching method is the more popular teaching mode,which changes the traditional teaching and has been widely used of reform in the new curriculum.However,Applied disciplines are mainly information technology and language.Few subjects in basic education is applicated, suchas biology.The biology is a discipline studying the behavior of life, which focuses on thedevelopment of the student.This paper researches the biology course of junior middleschool,which is used by task-driven teaching method in the information technologyenvironment.Documentary research, educational experimentation research and investigationare adopted. It elaborates mainly on the design process of biology course of junior middleschool based on the task-driven research in the information technology environment.Authordesigns two junior high school biology classes,which are different of information technologyenvironments, and the cases are applied to the junior high school biology classroom.To empirical research, before the experiment the author randomly finds two classes asexperimental class and control class in the seventh grade group,which are the sixth class andthe eighth classes. The scores of the control class and experimental class are analyzed and thequestionnaire of the experimental class also is analyzed. The result proves the task-driventeaching method is suitable for applicating the junior high school biology in the informationtechnology environment, which improves students’ consciousness about the learning ofbiology and promotes the reform of the junior high school biology curriculum.Finally, theauthor gets some of the teaching strategies.for example, learning methods of stimulatingstudents’ motivation,choosing appropriate information technology environment,selectingappropriate teaching content, the anchor of instructional design by learning bracket. Whenteachers of the junior high school biology in the context of new curriculum reform carry outteaching reform, Author hope these strategies provide certain referential significance for them.
