With the continuous progress of the process of industrialization, the center of gravity ofChina’s industrial structure is undergoing the process of transformation from SecondaryIndustry to Tertiary Industry, The Tertiary Industry, Service Industry has become an importantindustry to promote industrial development and increase employment, and its internal structureis also undergoing changed regularly. Human Capital-intensive Industry also called knowledge,technology-intensive Industries, it is the inevitable result that the internal structure of theservices will develop in high-class form,and have a stronger growth potential, it is a key thatmaintaining economic of rapidly growth and promoting industrial employment, meanwhile, itis also bring new require for labor and technology supply. College students is mainly supply ofhuman capital,react to the industry that demand for talent "quantity" and "quality" through itsgraduates employment scale, level and professional structure, there is a linear correlationbetween with Services, and maintain a role in promoting mutual.Through comparison services structural changes the trend with Graduate Employment lie inthe composition of the service sector. Found that there is a deviation between the GraduateEmployment supplied and service structural change demanded. Year after year, Graduatesuniversity enrollment led to the scale of growth far exceeds the demand for industrial growth,In addition to, colleges and universities lack of deeply research and analysis on marketinformation, the fixed mode of education and the period of education exacerbated mismatchbetween demand and supply. At the time, there is a certain lag that the Graduate Employmentof supply reaction to market. Meanwhile, our industry is still in the adjustment andoptimization phase, the internal structure of the Services still exist imbalance relatively, andcontribution to employment capabilities are not enough. It is difficult for student to find asuitable job. By applying quantitative and qualitative method in the article, analysis the impactchanges factors in service structure on the industry of employment of college students, on the basis of the result, and adjust the supply structure of university employment, meanwhile, thelong-term mechanism of the docking has been establishment between colleges and universitiessupply and industry needs, promote industrial development and full employment in collegestudentsIn the article, Service Industry has been divided into three parts in accordance with thestandards of production factors: labor-intensive, capital-intensive and technology-intensive.We regard the output value, labor compensation, investment in fixed assets and R&D inputas the influence factor for graduate employment,and do correlation analysis and hypothesistesting, the results have showed that technology-intensive may be a possible regulator onthe employment of graduates; Accommodation and food industry,residents service and otherservices, public management and social organization in labor-intensive industries also havecorrelation with graduate employment; The fixed asset of real estate has the correlation withgraduate employment, but the other industry related factors in capital-intensive have weakcorrelation with graduate employment.
