In order to better practice new curriculum standard and the concept of mathematics teaching life, by connecting mathematics teaching, social life and children’s life, and letting student learning necessary knowledge for their daily life, it will be a kind of effective measure to integrate financial education concept in elementary school mathematics teaching. In this research, the content of this study includes the following three aspects:Firstly, we analyzing the present situation of global financing education through documents research. At the same time, we analyzing and investigating the current condition of mathematics financing education. Secondly, investigating the Primary Consumer Financial Questionnaire and Primary School Mathematics Teachers Financial Education Questionnaire, taking80sixth grade students and all the mathematics teachers from No.7primary school in Xixia district, Yinchuan as the investigation objects to find out their consumption and financial situation as well as the primary school mathematics teachers in the teaching environment for the introduction of financial education, and their views about teaching financial knowledge in the classroom. Thirdly, to determine the financial related content and the implement financial education goal should be realized in mathematics curriculum Standards, exploring the specific ways and means of financing education a series of teaching in the classroom, or through the three ways in daily classroom teaching, homework and the comprehensive practice course to achieve effective financial education.The preliminary conclusions of this study is:through a combination of financial education in elementary school mathematics teaching idea can put the mathematics knowledge into daily life, make mathematics more close to life, the financial management thought own quiet passed to students, let the student feel in imperceptible in math, and achieve the requirements of mathematics curriculum standard; Found in the process of practice through financial education for primary school mathematics can improve the students’ consciousness of consumer finance, wealth management knowledge and financial ability, in the elementary school mathematics teaching penetration finance education concept is very valuable, worth teachers to do further research and practice.The deficiency of this study is:did not form a concrete can effective financial management teaching in classroom teaching and extracurricular teaching practice, the paper studies the content of the implementation.
