Network environment,thematic instruction model and mathematics teaching in the concept of the new curriculum played an important role in the students'innovative spirit and practical ability. This paper concentrated on these themes (thematic instruction model, thematic instruction model over network). Also it improved empirical research (case study and application analysis of elementary school mathematics thematic instruction under network) and discussed the designing methods and application strategy. The main content are listed as follows:Chapter One: IntroductionIt presented the context and methods.Chapter Two: Academic StudyIt analyzed the main five factors of thematic instruction model , the characteristic of thematic instruction under network and the exercise designing principle. All of the work paved the way for the following case design and empirical research.Chapter Three: Case Design of Elementary School Mathematics Thematic Instruction Model over NetworkThis part developed the supportive informational teaching resource by designing the typical case under the help of school teacher. It provided the resource, methods and experience for the following empirical research.Chapter Four: Analysis of Empirical Research of Elementary School Mathematics Thematic Instruction under NetworkThis part is an important one in this paper. It did more research on teaching case and recorded the data by organizing the teachers. At last, it analyzed the problems and the factors among teachers, students and environment.Chapter Five : Effective Strategy of Elementary School Mathematics Thematic Instruction under Network.The analysis result of chapter three and four mainly related the organizers—teachers'belief and ability (integrating technology ability of instruction design, executive capability of supporting students'high-level learning). This part put an emphasis on strategy design (construct the effective learning environment, organizing the resource and using kinds of instruction strategy).
