Practical Research On Supporting System For Students Of Secondary Vocational Education

Along with the constant enlargement of secondary vocational education, theproblems of the supporting work for the students with financial difficulties in thesecondary vocational schools are growing gradually. To perfect the supporting systemfor students of secondary vocational education whose families have financialdifficulties, and to promote the supporting work effectively, the author investigatedthe influence of the financial aid policy on the interest subjects in order to find theproblems, analysis the reasons and seek the methods and measures to solve theproblems.By referring to literature reviews, comparative studies and questionnaire, relyingon the educational equity theory, the educational compensation theory, the resourceallocation theory and the public welfare theory of vocational education and payingattention to the connection of all supporting systems, the article widely analyzes theinfluence of the country’s financial aid policy upon secondary vocational schools, thefamilies and students with financial difficulties through the empirical study. It alsomakes further detailed analysis on many problems such as the range of financial aid,the lever of financial aid, the supervise ability, lack of the propaganda of the systems,the difficulty on the definition of the poor students, the fund management not in time,the deficiency of the supervise ability,and the gaps of the education to the poorstudents when the secondary vocational schools carry out the nation support policy. Itmakes further explanation on the countermeasures to solve the problems based on theproblems analyzed and presents ideas and suggestions. To construct the system of thestudents’ financial aid policy that tuition free is as a main body in secondaryvocational education. To ensure the implementation of the policies by strengtheningpropaganda, perfecting institution, training staff, strict evaluation and so on. Tostrengthen the students’ educational management is anther measure treat.This article will make the great practical significance in perfecting the subsidization system and developing the supporting work and also be beneficial to thedevelopment of secondary vocational education and the growth of the students.
