Constantly deepening education and teaching reform in our country, promote the development of quality education situation, more and more people realize that the theory of multiple intelligences to important of the education teaching reform in our country. Based on the theory of multiple intelligences in education field, using the method of documentary, expert interview, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics method and the teaching methods of experimental method, aerobics teaching from the perspectives of multiple intelligence theory in practical research, in order to reveal the multiple intelligent aerobics teaching for students, the effect of various intelligent purport for future application of multiple intelligences in the physical education theoretical foundation in aerobics teaching, so as to further deepen the reform of the education teaching and improve the quality of calisthenics teaching, training time required for the high quality and strong ability of comprehensive talent, promote the comprehensive development of students’ comprehensive ability, and to provide practical and theoretical reference for calisthenics teaching reform.Experimental results show that: the multiple intelligence teaching methods can improve the traditional teaching theory under the guidance of the disadvantages, exist in teaching, make students understand their own shortcomings and advantages, and stimulate students’ enthusiasm and initiative, to improve students mastery of basic knowledge, improve students’ basic skills and analysis problem, problem-solving ability, to improve students’ self-awareness and sports skill level.Through a semester of teaching aerobics teaching from the perspectives of multiple intelligence theory and the traditional calisthenics teaching experiment contrast research, and to the whole teaching procedure, process and results of analysis, the following conclusions:(1)Under the perspective of the theory of multiple intelligences of aerobics teaching compared with traditional aerobics teaching is more advantageous to improve the students’ language ability, thus developing the student’s speech-language intelligence.(2)Under the perspective of the theory of multiple intelligences in aerobics teaching compared with traditional calisthenics teaching helps to cultivate the students’action more music rhythm, thus developing the students’ music, rhythm of intelligence.(3)Under the perspective of the theory of multiple intelligences of aerobics teaching compared with traditional aerobics teaching is more advantageous to improve the students’ self-awareness ability, is advantageous to the development of the students know it-intrapersonal intelligence.(4)Under the perspective of the theory of multiple intelligences of aerobics teaching compared with traditional aerobics teaching is more conducive to improving the students’ interpersonal communication ability, is advantageous to the development of the students’ communication, interpersonal intelligence.(5)Under the perspective of the theory of multiple intelligences of gymnastics teaching compared with traditional teaching more help to improve students’ logic thinking ability, is advantageous to the development of the students’ logical-mathematical intelligence.(6)Under the perspective of the theory of multiple intelligences of gymnastics teaching and traditional teaching are able to develop the students’ body, kinesthetic intelligence and visual, spatial intelligence, there is no significant difference.(7)Under the perspective of the theory of multiple intelligences of ordinary university public sports aerobics teaching practice more can reflect the students’ main body status, to effectively improve students’ enthusiasm and initiative, effectively improve the students’ various abilities, prompted the intelligence of students get comprehensive development, improve teaching efficiency and teaching quality.
